About Katrina

With more than 22 years of full-time experience in real estate, I bring a steady, strategic approach to every transaction. Having guided clients through multiple market cycles, I help buyers and sellers navigate today’s ever-changing real estate landscape with confidence. In 2024 and 2025 alone, I represented over $55 million in real estate sales, placing me among the top-performing agents in Washington County and surrounding communities. My clients value the experience, market insight, and thoughtful guidance that help turn complex transactions into seamless, successful outcomes.

Originally from Fond du Lac, I now live in the Township of Kewaskum, the gateway to the beautiful Kettle Moraine. I’m proud to stay actively involved in our community through leadership roles with the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown West Bend Association. I also serve as a Commissioner for the Southeast Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission representing Washington County and sit on the Washington County Land Information Council, and I’m a member of the Noon Rotary.

Founding Hanson & Co. Real Estate and growing it into the company it is today has been one of the great honors of my career. Alongside an exceptional team of professionals, we are dedicated to delivering a thoughtful, client-centered experience built on trust, professionalism, and results. Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with my husband Troy, our four adult children and three grandchildren, working with special-needs dog rescues, training a future therapy dog, and exploring the scenic trails of the Northern Kettle Moraine Forest.
